U=U and relationships
With a maintained undetectable viral load, HIV is not sexually transmitted. Monitoring confirms treatment is working. Ask separately about other infections and family planning.
Support
Ask for support if the diagnosis or other people’s reactions feel difficult. The team can discuss psychological or social support.
