No appointment is needed for HIV and sexually transmitted infection tests.
An appointment must be booked in advance for a planned PrEP consultation or a urology visit.
Urine samples are accepted on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday until 12:00 noon.
Please note: injections and intravenous infusions require a medical prescription. You must provide a prescription, an outpatient consultation record or a discharge summary.
Choose by the exposed body site, not gender. One sample does not cover every site.

Why the sample site matters
A urine test or vaginal swab does not cover the throat and rectum. Oral and receptive anal contact may require swabs from those sites. No single sample is universally more reliable — coverage depends on the sites tested.
