Which sample do you need?
Urine or a genital sample does not rule out infection in the throat or rectum. A genital sample may be vaginal, cervical or urethral, depending on anatomy and the test. Depending on exposure, throat and/or rectal swabs may be needed. Do not wait if you have symptoms. Test timing and repeats are agreed individually.
