How do I pay?
Routine PrEP consultations take place online, with an appointment and payment by bank transfer in advance.
1. Choice of an available time and entry of personal details. 2. Email confirmation with a code. 3. Booking number (CP) and exact payment instructions. 4. Bank transfer with the booking number as the payment reference. 5. Upload of the payment document to the booking. 6. Review and confirmation of the payment by the CheckPoint Sofia team. 7. Zoom link (and Passcode, if there is one) and the online consultation.

The booking number and exact payment instructions are provided after booking – on screen and by email.
If you may have recently been exposed to HIV, do not wait for a bank transfer or an available online appointment. Seek an urgent medical assessment for PEP — as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours after exposure.
