PrEP and PEP consultations take place online. An appointment and payment by bank transfer in advance are required.
1. Book an online consultation. 2. Pay by bank transfer. 3. Send proof of payment before the consultation. 4. Attend your online appointment.

If you may have recently been exposed to HIV, do not wait for a bank transfer or an available online appointment. Seek an urgent medical assessment for PEP — as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours after exposure.
