A symptom is not a diagnosis
Discharge, burning, pain, sores, rash, itching, painful urination, genital changes or throat symptoms can have different causes. Symptoms alone do not identify an infection.
You can seek care without symptoms
Many infections have no symptoms. If you are concerned after an exposure, testing and a consultation can help. Do not use someone else’s medication.
When to seek urgent care
Seek urgent medical care for severe or sudden testicular or abdominal pain, high fever with serious illness, fainting or heavy bleeding.
